Suwannee Canoe Outpost

Suwannee Canoe Outpost is the original premier canoe outfitter on the Suwannee River and has been offering canoe and kayak trips to visitors since 1993. They are located inside the Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park and offer canoe and kayak rentals, a shuttle service, and group rates. They offer many trips of various lengths.

For day trips, the Outpost will shuttle your group up river either 2, 4, 6, 9, or 13 miles. Your trip is all downriver so you can enjoy time with your friends and family. They normally do trips and shuttles on the hour from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. You may want to bring a hat, sunglasses, sunblock, and a cooler with snacks and beverages for your trip. They recommend not bringing your pets.

Guided river camping trips from 3 to 5 days long are available from October-April. Reservations are recommended so call ahead if possible!
