Hike the Landscapes
Suwannee County offers a variety of scenic trails perfect for hiking and walking enthusiasts. At Ivey Memorial Park, visitors can enjoy leisurely strolls along the Suwannee River, with pathways that connect to the Suwannee River Greenway. For a more immersive nature experience, Suwannee River State Park boasts six diverse trails to explore, including the Balanced Rock Trail, a three-mile trek through lush landscapes and picturesque riverbank views.

Bike the County
Take a spin around the county for a peaceful, scenic adventure that rolls through charming communities and natural landscapes. One of the area’s most beloved routes is the Suwannee River Greenway at Branford, a 29-mile paved trail that follows a former CSX Railroad corridor from downtown Branford to the southern entrance of Ichetucknee Springs State Park. Shaded by moss-draped oaks and lined with wildflowers, the greenway offers shorter stretches for beginners.
